Sep. 5th, 2004 03:11 amIn watching anime at the internet cafe here, I caught up to Kyou Kara Maou (though I'm guessing that the eps are past thirteen right now) and Tenipuri. I have to say... I'm really starting to dig the anime.

After such a long time in the HP fandom, it seems my taste of romance is officially dead. I adore gen, convulated plots, and oh yes - bring on the angst. I used to want to read boatloads of stories about Snape and Lupin, but it's now more about their interaction that thrills me. Is it because I glutted myself with fics over such a short span? Or is it becaues the fandom is so unbearably large that finding good fic is hard now?
No, cause there are hundreds of rec lists that actually work.
But something that's been bothering me lately...
What is so attractive about Remus and Sirius? I've tried so many fics focusing on the two of them, and I still don't feel the sparks. It makes me a little sad, because I saw the most gorgeous fanart featuring the two of them, and it makes me want to love them to bits and pieces. Maybe the Snape/Lupin fan is rearing its fangs whenever Remus/Sirius enter the fray... ^_^
I still like reading Pansy-fics, but am not particularly fond of Pansy/Draco. Am a loyal little Tom/Pansy fan here. -_-
